1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipSpace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About ClipSpace

ClipSpace is a productivity utility for managing supported clipboard content across compatible Apple devices. Depending on the device, operating-system version, region, and app version, features may include clipboard history, search, pinning, content previews, a Share Extension, a Keyboard Extension, App Intents, Siri and Shortcuts integration, widgets, system controls, and optional iCloud or CloudKit synchronization.

Not every feature is available on every device, operating-system version, region, or app version.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these terms and applicable App Store terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use ClipSpace on compatible devices you own or control for personal or lawful business purposes.

4. Clipboard Content

You remain responsible for content you save, copy, share, synchronize, or otherwise process using ClipSpace, including ensuring that you have the right to use that content. ClipSpace does not claim ownership of your clipboard content.

5. iCloud & Cross-Device Sync

If available and enabled, optional synchronization may depend on Apple's iCloud and CloudKit availability, your Apple Account, network connectivity, device configuration, storage availability, and other Apple services. Synchronization may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable, and instantaneous synchronization is not guaranteed.

6. Sensitive Information

Clipboard history can contain sensitive information. Exercise care when copying passwords, authentication tokens, financial information, private documents, personal information, API keys, or other confidential material.

Any sensitive-content detection or masking offered by ClipSpace is a privacy aid and may not identify every sensitive item. You remain responsible for deciding what to save, synchronize, display, paste, or share.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your device and Apple Account, configuring ClipSpace appropriately, maintaining suitable backups where needed, reviewing content before sharing or pasting it, and complying with applicable laws, policies, and third-party rights.

8. Apple Services & Platform Features

Functionality that relies on iCloud, CloudKit, Siri, Shortcuts, App Intents, WidgetKit, system extensions, or other Apple technologies may be affected by Apple's platform rules, settings, changes, and availability. Apple controls those services, and ClipSpace cannot guarantee their operation.

9. Availability and Changes

ClipSpace features may be added, modified, limited, suspended, or removed as the app evolves. Updates may be necessary for compatibility, privacy, security, legal, or platform requirements. Continued availability of any particular feature is not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

ClipSpace application code, branding, iconography unique to ClipSpace, website content, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of the developer or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

11. Prohibited Use

You must not use ClipSpace for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise the app or related services, interfere with security or privacy mechanisms, bypass platform protections, or use the app in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClipSpace is provided on an “as available” basis without unreasonable guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, successful synchronization, clipboard recovery, complete sensitive-content detection, or permanent preservation of data. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, ClipSpace, including loss of clipboard content or interruption of synchronization. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

14. Termination

You may stop using ClipSpace at any time by removing the app and, where applicable, its stored data. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership and lawful limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as ClipSpace, Apple platforms, or applicable requirements change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

16. Governing Terms

These terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory rights and protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence. Applicable Apple App Store terms also govern your acquisition and use of the app; if they conflict with these terms, the App Store terms control to the extent required.
